The Military Division of Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for a Maintenance Technician for their Billings MT production facility. This is an agricultural co-op that spans 135,000 base acres, a Grower-Owned organization with a long family history that has been passed down for the 100 years of the company’s existence.
Prior experience with process and packaging equipment is highly preferred and will give you a huge advantage over other candidates!
Compensation: $24.00-36.00/hr (+ OT at 1.5x hourly rate and relocation)
Shifts: Following training, may be placed on a 12-hour rotation shift. [6am-6pm or 6pm-6am]
Schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off
What You Will Do:
Responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical process and packaging equipment throughout the facility (consisting of pumps, belt conveyors, scroll conveyors, chains, sprockets, fans, bearings.)
- Responsible for welding, cutting, setting equipment and dismantling equipment.
- Practice solid safety behaviors and demonstrated leadership to perform against site safety plan.
Education and Work Experience
At least 4 years US Military experience required
Maintenance/mechanical experience working with process and packaging equipment
Basic understanding of vibration equipment, laser alignment, and oil analysis
