Korn Ferry has partnered with a prominent South Carolina based law firm seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney.
This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with high profile clients. Competitive compensation offered. This role will sit in the Columbia, South Carolina office.
The ideal candidate will have 2 + years of experience to assist with lending transactions and real estate development deals. Work will involve site development, higher education and student housing finance and will work closely with developers and lenders.
