Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for a Senior Treasury Analyst.

Role Summary:
• Title: Senior Treasury Analyst
• Team Structure: Reports directly to the Assistant Treasurer and partners closely with treasury leadership and the CFO
• Primary Scope: Cash management, liquidity planning, foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, debt and loan administration, and treasury reporting
• Growth Opportunity: High visibility role within a lean treasury team where this individual will be a true plug and play contributor and help enhance and scale treasury operations in a high growth environment

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze cash flow forecasts to identify foreign exchange exposures and upcoming funding needs
• Monitor FX and interest rate movements and provide insights and recommendations to treasury leadership
• Support liquidity planning, loan paydown analysis, refinancing considerations, and optimal use of excess cash
• Maintain loan compliance, covenant reporting, and detailed loan administration schedules
• Manage intercompany loans, cash pooling activity, and related reporting
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc treasury reports covering cash, debt, FX exposure, liquidity, and intercompany activity
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation, reporting enhancements, and system optimization
• Support the evaluation and implementation of a Treasury Management System
• Assist with credit card reporting and administration as needed
• Partner cross functionally with Accounting and AP teams by pulling and analyzing reports from ERP systems rather than performing accounting work

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 5–7+ years of progressive, hands on treasury experience in a corporate environment
• Strong treasury background with prior career focus in treasury rather than accounting transitioning into treasury
• Experience across cash management, FX exposure, interest rate analysis, liquidity planning, and debt administration
• Highly analytical and strategic thinker who can translate data into actionable insights
• Proactive professional comfortable bringing ideas and process improvements to leadership
• Able to own treasury processes with minimal ramp up
• Experience working with ERP systems on the reporting side; Treasury Management System experience is a strong plus
• Credit card administration experience is a plus but not required
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) strongly preferred or willingness to complete certification within one year
• Friendly, professional, and collaborative communication style

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $115K–$130K base plus 10% annual bonus
