Sales Executive

Korn Ferry is leading a retained search for a Senior Sales Executive on behalf of a Nearshore Digital Engineering Services firm.

This position has the opportunity to work remotely in any major metro market in the United States. The organization is a Private Equity backed services firm seeking a new logo sales hunter to drive new logo acquisition with mid market and enterprise companies in the US.

Key Responsibilities
 Drive revenue growth:
 Hunting: identify new business opportunities and collaborate on proposals and presentation
 Farming: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions to existing clients.
 Develop client engagement strategies and account plans.
 Maintain responsibility for full cycle sales process including lead qualification, pre-sales activities, quoting, contract completion and closing.
 Manage and build relationships with clients:
 Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
 Understand client needs and tailor the company's solutions to meet those needs.
 Communicate regularly with clients to identify potential issues and offer solutions.
 Proactively provide updates on the company's offerings, product roadmap, and industry trends.
 Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company:
 Act as the liaison between the client and the company's development team to ensure client requirements are understood and implemented.
 Collaborate with delivery team to manage client expectations and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
 Provide regular status updates to clients regarding project status.
 Stay current on industry trends to ensure that clients receive the most innovative and effective solutions
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
 Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients.
 Creation and negotiation of complex quotes, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts

Experience and Professional Qualifications
 Experience selling selling digital engineering and custom software application development services
 BA in Business Administration or related field, or BS in Computer Science or equivalent
 Proven experience in client relationship management in a software or technology-related industry, successfully selling solutions or services at an executive level.
 Previous revenue generation experience in the $2M to $5M+ range per year.
 Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritize tasks and achieve defined quotas (revenue, margin, bookings).
 Experience working with offshore teams is a plus.
 Must be comfortable speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike.
 Established network of potential prospects in mid-market as well as enterprise.
 Bonus points for bringing a solid personal network for opportunity generation in FinTech (core banking modernization, omnichannel banking services, next gen digital wallet solutions, banking as a service paltforms, etc.), Insurance, Insuretech, Healthtech, and Healthcare (patient management systems, virtual care, health integration, weable tech, smart devices, fitness apps) verticals.

Compensation
 A competitive base salary, bonus plan with accelerators, and uncapped commission plan.
