This is a hybrid 3/2 position.
Qualified candidates with a strong background in compliance technology systems (eg; NICE Actimize, etc.) across 1, 2 or 3 LOD are encouraged to apply and contribute to a forward-thinking, diversified organization.
Overview of Responsibilities
• Lead a team of auditors in evaluating the effectiveness of systems and controls designed to detect and prevent financial crimes.
• Design and execute the annual audit plan for financial crimes technology in alignment with internal audit strategy
• Manage audit engagements, mentor staff, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across compliance, risk, and technology.
• Closely coordinate with functional and business line audit teams to ensure integrated and comprehensive audit coverage.
Target Experience
• Advanced degree in technology, computer science or computer engineering, with relevant professional certifications (eg; CAMS, CISA, CIA, Advanced CAMS-AUDIT)
• Relevant experience in internal audit, financial crimes compliance, or technology risk
• In-depth knowledge of AML platforms a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams combined with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Exposure to AI/ML-based financial crime detection models
