This executive-level role will be a key advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership, helping shape IPC’s legal strategy and support its mission to strengthen the economic environment of independent pharmacies nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic legal advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
- Support government relations by analyzing legislation and legal trends affecting independent pharmacies
- Oversee corporate governance, contracts, litigation, and employment law matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin or eligible for admission via waiver
- Minimum of 5 years in-house legal experience and 5 years at a large law firm
- Broad legal expertise including corporate, contract, litigation, and HR law
- Strong business acumen and understanding of operational and financial dynamics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $300,000–$350,000
Bonus: 25% target annual bonus
