Responsibilities:
- Hybrid role focusing on pre-litigation and litigation.
- Will be expected to build cases, oversee, and direct case managers, experts, and investigations, review demands, etc.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
- Base of $105K - $165K (DOE) plus monthly bonus potential that could average an additional $3500 + per month and health, vision, dental and 401K with matching program.
