The Opportunity Reporting directly to the COO, the VP of Operations will oversee day-to-day performance across the firm, with a special focus on financial controls, budgeting, compliance, and enterprise coordination. This is a senior leadership role that directly supports business growth, team alignment, and operational efficiency.

Base compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience with an expected range of $150,000-$250,000 annually + bonus.
