Korn Ferry has been retained to recruit a Head of Investor Relations for a leading publicly traded, global organization in a large scale, asset intensive sector. With $20bn+ in market cap, the company is a market leader with a diversified portfolio, strong financial performance, and long term customer relationships across international markets. The role requires daily presence at the Miami office and reports into the Group Treasurer.

This mandate is targeted at proven investment banking professionals who have built their careers advising clients in core Industrials subsectors such as manufacturing, transportation, capital equipment, logistics, or related markets. The successful candidate will bring deep transaction experience, strong financial and analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex financial information for external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, analysts, and financial institutions as the primary corporate spokesperson.
  • Prepare financial reports, earnings materials, investor presentations, and related external communications in collaboration with finance.
  • Monitor capital markets, investor sentiment, and peer activity to inform leadership and support strategic decision making.
  • Support participation in investor conferences, roadshows, and other engagements while ensuring consistent external messaging

Qualifications:
  • Resident in Miami or South Florida and able to be in the office daily (relocation support available)
  • Current Director or Vice President in investment banking with significant experience covering Industrials
  • Strong financial analysis skills and detailed understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets
  • Direct experience engaging institutional investors and equity research analysts
  • Proven ability to drive clear and credible communication with the investment community
  • Track record of managing complex transaction processes and producing high quality external materials
