Korn Ferry has partnered with a mid-size, full-service profitable New York City based law firm, in a search for a broad based Commercial Real Estate Attorney. Due to expansion, mid-level associates, counsel, and partners will be considered. The firm has a relaxed environment yet represents sophisticated transactions.

The Real Estate team advises institutional investors, developers, and others in buying, selling, developing, and financing all types of real estate assets as well as handling joint ventures and the formation of, and investments in, private equity funds.
Ideal candidates will have solid experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Acquisitions and dispositions, and/or development
• Joint-venture equity work
• Mortgage/mezzanine debt (lender and/or borrower side)
• Leasing
Candidate requirements:
• Admitted to NY State Bar
• 3+ years of transactional real estate experience
• Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Hybrid work environment
Compensation:
Base salary: $350K-$430K range for a 5-7 year associate, however higher base salaries depending on JD class year, plus bonus
