As EGM, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic sector, leading a diverse portfolio and collaborating with senior leaders, university partners, and college directors. Your mission: to advance Navitas’ reputation as the partner of choice for universities, delivering innovative solutions and exceptional outcomes for students, staff, and stakeholders.

• Develop and execute strategic plans focused on enrolment growth, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement, both domestically and internationally.

• Build and nurture influential relationships with Vice Chancellors, Deputy Vice Chancellors, university boards, and key industry bodies.

• Represent Navitas at university boards, conferences, and as a panel member, championing our vision and values.

• Guide and mentor College Directors, fostering a collegiate culture at the executive level while constructively navigating competitive dynamics.

• Drive operational excellence, ensuring compliance, quality, and value-driven e management of resources in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Lead with resilience and innovation, constructively challenging the status quo and providing clear direction for change.

• You bring a global perspective and experience working in matrixed, distributed organisations, preferably within Australasia.

• Education sector experience is advantageous but not essential; a start-up mentality and hands-on approach are highly valued.

• You are a strategic thinker, an outstanding communicator, and a proven leader who thrives in complexity and can independently manage multiple responsibilities.

• You excel at building stakeholder relationships, influencing outcomes, and driving performance in organisations undergoing significant change.

• You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and financial sustainability while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
