Korn Ferry is representing a top-tier finance law firm on a search for a Public Finance Associate. Based in the Chicago area, the successful candidate will have 1-3 years of general finance or transactional experience at a bank or large to medium-size law firm.
Desired experience includes:
• 1-3 years of general finance or transactional experience at a bank or large to medium-size law firm
• Experience with drafting financing documents, document review, legal research, and writing memorandums
• Familiarity with transactional work focusing on public finance transactions, including municipal derivatives and bond issues
• Experience working and communicating directly with clients
