Reporting to a dedicated Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer has the responsibility to carry out the organization’s mission and vision and is responsible for the overall management and operation of the enterprise.

Our workforce programs help these youth secure essential academic credentials, such as a high school diploma or GED, enabling them to successfully transition into further education and employment opportunities.

Additionally, the executive will be an energetic leader who exhibits a collaborative spirit and an inspired approach that will influence and motivate key stakeholders, donors, policy makers, partners, and staff.
Specific experience/qualifications sought include:
• 10+ years of executive leadership, demonstrating strong business acumen in a fast-paced, complex, and multi-stakeholder organization. Experience in relevant social services or transferable experience from other sectors will be considered.
• Proven success in executing strategic plans that evolve an organization and unite stakeholders around shared goals.
• Innovative change agent that creates and leverages partnerships, technology, communications, marketing, and branding to increase impact.
• Track record of recruiting, retaining, and developing high-performing teams and building strong culture, supported by best-in-class processes and policies.
• Growth mindset with the ability to foster innovation, excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Fundraising experience across multiple sources such as corporate, government, individuals, and foundations. Other revenue-generating experience will also be considered.
• Expertise or skills to be successful in advocacy, public policy, and movement building.
• Inspiring communications and interpersonal skills. Able to serve as an influential and compelling spokesperson in front of the media and a variety of audiences.
• Skilled in board relations and best practice governance.
• Strong financial acumen and resource stewardship, with a proven track record of managing significant funds and multiple revenue streams.
• A champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts both internally and externally.
• Demonstrates extraordinary judgment, integrity, and ethics.
Location open to either Florida or direct flight access to the Clearwater area.
Competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate with a yearly base salary and bonus, culminating in a target of $700K.
