This position offers the opportunity to work on significant national‑scale real estate transactions alongside highly regarded practitioners. The team handles acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, developments, and leasing matters across a wide range of sectors, including multi‑family, hospitality, entertainment, retail, industrial, mixed‑use, cannabis & CBD, and energy/alternative energy.

The position is well suited for candidates with 3-6 years of broad transactional experience who are ready to take an active role in negotiating, drafting, and closing real estate deals while continuing to build depth across diverse and challenging projects.

The ideal candidate will have broad real estate experience that includes acquisitions, dispositions, retail and ground leasing, financing, construction, development, and joint ventures.

Candidates should have demonstrated:

•Experience with mortgage debt financing transactions (preferably borrower-side) and purchase/sale transactions

•4-5 years of leasing experience
