Korn Ferry has partnered with a full-service, mid-size law firm, based in Westchester County, New York, in a search for a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience.

This Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney will represent a diverse client base that ranges from individual and small businesses to several companies in the Fortune 100.
The ideal candidate will be involved with all phases of litigation, including conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, and preparing substantive motions in New York state and federal courts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current NY Bar admission, in good standing
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Must have at least 2 years of commercial litigation experience
- Real Estate Litigation experience is a plus
- Excellent legal research and writing skills are required
Compensation:
- Base salary ranging from $130-160K, depending on the level of experience.
- 100% medical insurance paid for by the firm, with no out-of-pocket expense.
