Who You Are
The ideal candidate is a steady, grounded attorney who thrives in high-stakes environments with national press and brings calm, clarity, and confidence to every courtroom appearance.
- A seasoned criminal litigator with at least 3 years of experience in prosecution or defense
- Comfortable taking and defending depositions and arguing motions in court from day one, trial experience preferred
- A courtroom natural with excellent presentation skills and a commanding presence
- A team player who values long-term relationships and thrives in a close-knit environment
- Passionate about trial work and ready to take on significant responsibility
- Able to be a calm, steadfast advocate for clients during their most turbulent moments
Requirements:
- J.D. and in good standing with the California State Bar
- At least three years of litigation experience
- Minimum 3 years in criminal law (prosecution or defense)
- Strong desire to be in the courtroom
- Able to take and defend depositions
- Experience arguing motions in court
- Passionate about white collar and violent crime defense
Compensation: Depending on experience, $175k-200k base + unlimited bonus potential; discretionary Christmas bonus
