Korn Ferry is proud to partner with a leading financial services organization in the search for a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager – IT /Technology to lead the lifecycle management of complex technology agreements. This role is critical in ensuring contract compliance, mitigating risk, and aligning agreements with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Lead negotiations for NDAs, client/vendor agreements, and technology contracts; resolve complex contract issues in collaboration with legal and business teams.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Administer contracts using Ironclad; drive improvements in workflows and user experience.
  • Clause Library & Templates: Develop and maintain a centralized clause library and standardized templates.
  • Risk Management & Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Procurement, and business units to assess risk, ensure compliance, and support contract governance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track contract performance and compliance; provide insights and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Mentorship & Training: Guide junior contract administrators and support internal training initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Lead efforts to streamline and automate contract processes and tools.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years in contract management, including 3+ years in B2B technology.
  • 2+ years mentoring or leading contract staff.
  • Experience with CLM platforms (Ironclad preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, risk assessment, and negotiation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • FinTech or Financial Services experience preferred.
