A growing California litigation firm with national reach is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Insurance Defense practice. This role is ideal for an experienced litigator who can independently manage cases and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of litigation experience, ideally in Insurance Defense
- Active member of the California State Bar
- Ability to run cases from start to finish with minimal oversight
- Experience with taking and defending depositions
- Experience with drafting and arguing motions
- Strong timekeeping and billing discipline
- Comfortable stepping into a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who can hit the ground running
Practice & Mentorship

Compensation & Hours
- Base salary: $130,000 - $150,000, depending on experience
- Billable requirement: 1,970 hours
- Zero non-billable work required
Remote Policy
- Fully remote work arrangement
- Firm will cover travel for required court appearances if local coverage is unavailable
