Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for a Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial Finance.

Role Summary:
• Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial Finance, Downstream Division
• Reports to: Finance Manager – Downstream Division
• Overview: The Senior Financial Analyst will provide comprehensive financial support to the Downstream Division’s Sales teams, serving as a strategic business partner to sales leaders managing both Corporate and Street accounts. This role is instrumental in driving sales growth and ensuring business profitability by leading deal analysis, contract negotiation, and pricing strategy. The position also supports profit improvement initiatives, customer program evaluation, and ad-hoc financial reporting while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in sales, legal, marketing, supply chain, and operations

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business economics
• Proven experience supporting sales organizations or commercial teams in a complex, matrixed environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of management
• Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable; able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Access, and other financial reporting tools preferred
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and results-driven mindset

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $100K–$110K
• Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 Days WFH)
• Full benefits package (no bonus structure for this role)
