Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for a Senior Accountant.

Role Summary:
• Perform and oversee full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close activities
• Manage technical accounting areas such as ASC 606 revenue recognition, contract interpretation, and deferred revenue schedules
• Set up contracts, billing schedules, rate sheets, and revenue schedules in the ERP system to support accurate and timely billing
• Prepare and consolidate monthly financial reporting packages across multiple lines of business
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, FP&A, and leadership teams to deliver timely and accurate financial results
• Support the preparation of ad hoc analysis, cash flow management, and forecasting
• Maintain and improve internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance across reporting functions
• Assist with audit coordination, system enhancements, and process optimization initiatives
Team Structure:
• Reports to senior leadership within the accounting organization
• Collaborates closely with the accounting and FP&A teams, along with other departments across the business
• Works within a global finance team of approximately 35 professionals, including a local accounting team of 12–14
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior-level role
• Strong technical accounting background with demonstrated expertise in ASC 606 and revenue recognition
• Combination of public accounting and industry experience preferred
• Financial services, technology, or SaaS-related experience a strong plus
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized with strong Excel proficiency
• Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $100K–$115K (depending on experience)
• Bonus: 10% annual target
• Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote) with added flexibility during month-end close
